How can I custom design a jersey if I can't find the specific style I want online?

Please contact us and share your specific ideas with us. We would be happy to send you a free design mock-up and provide a competitive price quote tailored to your exact requirements.

How can I place an order with you?

After clicking on your desired item, select the size and fill in the customization details (name, number, and material). Then, click 'Add to Cart'. Next, review the items in your shopping cart and apply any coupons or discount codes you have. When you're ready, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. Choose to check out as a guest or as a registered customer (registered users can log in via the panel on the right). Click 'Continue' to proceed to the payment page. On the next page, please enter your shipping destination, preferred payment method, and billing address. Review all order details; you can edit your address and payment information if needed. Finally, select 'Process Order' to complete your purchase. We recommend keeping your order confirmation in a safe place for future reference regarding order status.

How will my custom jerseys be delivered?

Once your personalized jerseys are produced and packaged, we will ship them via [Courier Name, e.g., FedEx/DHL/UPS]. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress until it arrives at your shipping address.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Because your personalized jerseys are one-of-a-kind and made exclusively for you, a $15 customization fee per item is already included in the purchase price. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will do our best to retrieve and adjust your order before production begins.

How do I initiate a return for an item I purchased?

Because our jerseys are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. For instructions on returning a damaged or misprinted item, please review our Shipping & Returns Policy or contact our customer service team.

Why is the total charged to my card higher than the product price?

Please note that we only charge the exact product price shown on your order. Any additional amount appearing on your credit card statement is likely a bank fee. This usually occurs due to international currency conversion and cross-border transaction fees imposed by your issuing bank.
